Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
If you want to cancel the order which has not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team at [email protected] or contact us using this form. In such cases, the order will be canceled, and the money will be refunded to you within 3 business days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us. Once the order is shipped, unfortunately, we’ll not be able to cancel the order.
Returns, Replacements, and Refund Policy:
If you have received faulty or damaged product(s), please contact us with images of the product within 7 days of its delivery. We will gladly send out a replacement order.
We offer our customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return request within 5 days of its delivery provided the product(s) is/are in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact. To raise a return request you can write to our customer support team at [email protected] or contact us using this form. While writing to us, please mention the order ID and email address that you used while ordering. After receiving the return request, we’ll pick up the product(s) with 2-5 business days and will initiate the refund /replacement process after inspecting the product(s) received by us.
7 Days Money Back Guarantee :
If you are not satisfied with our product and it doesn’t do what it says, you can send it back to us for a full refund (Base price). To avail of the money-back guarantee, the customer has to send the product within 7 days of delivery. The customer will have to bear the return shipping charges and will have to arrange shipping by him/herself. The product must not be consumed more than 60% of its contents and must not be contaminated. After receiving the product and post-inspection, a full refund (excluding shipping charges and taxes ) will be initiated.
