Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with the subject line: "A shipment from order #OrderNo is on the way." In this email, you’ll find the tracking details below the "View Your Order" button. Simply click on the tracking number to be directed to the tracking page, where you can monitor the status of your shipment.

Please note that the bottle opening is intentionally designed to be narrow, allowing only a small amount of liquid to be applied to the brush. This is enough to tame baby hairs without making them sticky. The bottle contains 12 ml of product, as indicated on the packaging. With daily use, the product should last 3-6 weeks.

To check if the product is full, you can weigh the tube (excluding the outer cardboard packaging). The tube should weigh around 26 grams, while the empty tube weighs approximately 13 grams.

If you don’t have a scale at home, you can test the product by squeezing the brush head firmly. You should see traces of the product on your fingertips.
