Refund policy

Cancellation Policy:

If you want to cancel the order which has not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team at support@slickup.in . In such cases, the order will be canceled, and the money will be refunded to you within 3 business days after the cancellation request is duly processed by us. Once the order is shipped, unfortunately, we’ll not be able to cancel the order.

Returns, Replacements, and Refund Policy:

All cosmetic items once opened are non-returnable due to the hygiene and personal care nature of the product. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide a free replacement as applicable. Please contact us with images of the product within 3 days of its delivery. We will gladly send out a replacement order.

We offer our customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return request within 5 days of its delivery provided the product(s) is/are in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact. To raise a return request you can write to our customer support team at support@slickup.in. While writing to us, please mention the order ID and email address that you used while ordering. After receiving the return request, we’ll pick up the product(s) with 2-5 business days and will initiate the refund /replacement process after inspecting the product(s) received by us.
